Performance SHIELD Cut Resistant Gloves by Victorinox (formerly Forschner*) keep you safe while you handle sharp blades.

CAUTION: Performance SHIELD gloves are cut resistant, but not cut proof or point puncture resistant. Do not use with moving or serrated blades.

PerformanceSHIELD gloves offer exceptional performance for their weight. They feature Spectra with industrial polyester in the outer cover for durability, a medium weight and great feel, along with exceptional cut resistance.

These gloves all boast anti-microbial yarns, outstanding cut resistance and unique elastic over banding in the cuff for comfort and safety. They are made of FDA and USDA approved materials, and are flexible, comfortable, durable and ambidextrous (May be worn on the left or the right hand).

These gloves are sold individually, not in pairs, and are typically worn on one hand only (while the other hand holds the knife).

The Performance SHIELD line is ideal for food prep activities such as meat boning, tripping and portioning. They are good for general kitchen safety for cleaning food machines such as slicers, food processors or vegetable slicing equipment.

Performance SHIELD gloves are washable and bleach-safe.
