The v-shape design evenly and consistently sharpens the full length of the blade – from tip to heel – while maintaining a precise blade angle. All you need to do is pull the blade through this sharpener, rinse off the knife, and get back to cutting.

This innovative sharpener houses ceramic rods for both coarse and fine sharpening. All four sides of each rod can be used for long-lasting sharpening performance.
