The Shun 2-Piece Shears Set includes a pair of Shun’s Premium Kitchen Shears and a pair of Shun Razor-Sharp Herb Shears.

If you’ve never tried kitchen shears, you’ll wonder how you lived without them once you own your first pair. This versatile kitchen tool is the go-to for everything from opening a package or a bag of chips to cutting through the shell of a lobster tail. A small notch on the blade is designed for cutting thin poultry bones or the stems on a bouquet of flowers.

The herb shears have an extra-fine 16-degree cutting angle that allows for a clean cut and protects delicate herbs from bruising.

Both the kitchen and herb shears have high-carbon, molybdenum-vanadium, stainless steel blades for extra-long life. The shears are ergonomically designed with an elastomer plastic padded grip that gives extra comfort. These shears both work right- or left-handed. The blades separate for easy cleaning, and there is an interlock screw to adjust for your preferred blade tension.

In the tradition of Japan’s ancient sword smiths, each Shun 2-Piece Premier Shear Set is handcrafted in Seki City, Japan.
